Sneezing Does that mean my cat is sick?

Help! Are there any vets out there that can answer this question? I adopted a kitten from a shelter a little more than a few months ago. She is 4.5 months old now. When I have him, he had worms and an upper respiratory infection. They took us back to the shelter veterinarian and treated him. She enjoyed good health for an appointment for a shot, but since he has been sneezing a lot. Sneezing has become increasingly worse. She is acting completely normal, running a lot and eat a ton!
