Why is my cat vomiting after recently received more than a bladder infection or not.

He has some medicine she takes. 10 days and she will be canned food diet. After 10 days she will be put in foods, health food, dry urine. But now her time! He sprayed her dry food immediately. She can now eat canned food. Any ideas what happened?
